Welcome to our AWC Modality Covid-19 Vaccination Programme website. This website has been designed to be a one stop shop for all the information needed for our vaccination and community outreach team.

Since December 2020, we have delivered over 140,000 Covid-19 vaccinations across multiple sites in the Airedale, Wharfedale & Craven local area. We have also expanded the programme to community events and clinics, targeting health inequalities in our locality. In doing this our team has won a number of awards (including an NHS Parliamentary award) and been awarded and outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The massive challenge of delivering a mass vaccination programme, at scale in a global pandemic has only been possible with the help of amazing extended Covid-19 Vaccination & Community Outreach Team!
Join Our Team
As a result of the success of the Modality Community Vaccine & Outreach Programme, we are once again asking for expression of interest to join the team.
The AWC Modality Covid-19 Vaccination Programme currently operates over two Vaccination Hub sites, Community Rooms, Emily Street Mosque, Keighley (BD21 3EG) and Silsden Medical Practice (BD20 0DG).

We also run Pop-Up Clinics regularly within community buildings across the local area.

To maximise the number of parking spaces available for patients attending the Vaccination Hub, please do not park in the Practice Car Park. Instead, please park either in the Fire Station next door or considerably on the streets around the surgery
Airedale Shopping Centre

On street parking is available on around the side streets off the A629 main road

Fisher Medical Centre
Millfields, Coach Street, Skipton BD23 1EU

On street parking is available off Gargrave Road. Limited parking available in the staff car park to the rear of the building accessed via Coach Street​
Log Your Working Hours
Each month we ask all our team to log their hours worked. Click on the link below to complete the form to log your work hours. This form must be completed by the 2nd of each month. Please also remember that each working day is worth 2 sessions i.e. an AM & PM session equals 2 sessions.
